RawTransport:{ rawStrings?: boolean; transportType: RAW }
RawTransport is a Transport for bodies too large or too binary to decode up front, such as file uploads
and downloads. The request is the URL's query string (as with UrlFormTransport) and its path parameters;
the body is left unread, for the endpoint to stream from context.req, and the endpoint may write its own
reply to context.res (estuary-rpc-server then writes nothing more). On the client, the body is passed as is
(a Blob, say) and the response is returned as a Response.
